It boasts particularly good, lovely location close to a pub or a town or village, and Northampton. The staff are affable and supportive, and the owner too.

Very nice stay, as always. Fairly clean hotel with quiet atmosphere and friendly and supportive staff. Lovely bed in the double room, plus a microwave oven, central heating and an iron. A bath in the bathroom. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Everything very good...

Solo traveler's cozy retreat
The house was well-stocked with a clean kitchen and free cereals, tea, and coffee. Perfect for a quick start. Paul, the host, was always around to help.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable given the amenities.

The host was super welcoming and even greeted me personally! I loved chilling in the cozy lounge and taking advantage of the beautiful garden area. Just a heads up, the first room I got was a bit smaller than I expected, but the comfy bed made up for it! 😊

I had a comfy stay with a lovely view! Paul was super friendly and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. The only downside was the heating controls were a bit tricky. 😊

missingWrote a review on 31 Maycomfortable bedpark viewcramped room
The Single Room with Park View offers a surprisingly comfortable bed that's a definite highlight of the stay. Great views of the park light up the space.
The room itself feels cramped, and the shared toilet leaves much to be desired. A perplexing keyless entry system can be frustrating, and let's not forget the lack of consistent hot water . Some might find that a minor inconvenience, but it was a letdown. With £50 a night, you'd expect a bit more than what you get here.
